Heat of the Day: O-SMAS Final: A close exchange all around, with competitors doing their best to impress the nit-picky O-SMAS judges. Andrew Gahan and Nathan Carroll both stuck big airs, but Ola Eleogram built on his earlier scores with consistent double rail grab airs to fly away with the championship.

Surf: Inconsistent 2-4 foot peaks. Events held:Finals for Middle School Boys, Girls, Longboard and Bodyboard. High School Men, Women, Longboard and Bodyboard. College Men, Women, Longboard and Bodyboard. Nature's call: Pound through those flat sections!

Heat of the Day: High School Mens Final: It was like someone kicked over a beehive as the best High School surfers in the nation swarmed the rippable peaks coming off Salt Creek point. Jeremy Johnston struck first and got into an unstoppable rhythm capping it off with a blistering 8-pointer.
