2007 Swim Suit Issue Now Online

Welcome to the real swimsuit issue. Here’s what you will find: real women, real surfers, real locations and really hot swimsuits. Here’s what you won’t find: thongs, silicone and any other digital fakery you might see in one of those other magazines. How did we do it? Easy. We started with the girls who actually live in and around the ocean, not the ones who pretend they do. From Dashenka a.k.a. Bunny Girl to Ami Koitabashi, Maui longboarder Kelly Potts to future WCTer Alana Blanchard, this year’s swimsuit models are surfers first, models second. And who better to bring them all together than the original surfer/model, Malia Jones, who took us from France to New York to Hawaii on a surfing/modeling whirlwind this past fall. We surfed, we played, we even posed, but above all else we were able to capture the best in swim for 2007 and have a lot of fun in the process. For real. – SURFING Magazine
